SMITH RESIDENCE

the seascape hotel was built by neil and kayla's father, joseph smith, in the early 80's. it quickly became a tourist favorite for summers at the shore. its a sprawling, 50 room hotel with well cared for grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and access to the beach. the hotel inside has a nautical theme, with comfortable guest rooms and suites, a restaurant, and bar. the smith family live in suites in a private wing of the hotel.
